All ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AUGUST 19th @ Midnight

Livestock latefees of $25, plus entry fees, will be assessed for entries received from 8/20 thru 8/21@midnight.

There have been multiple changes to the CC Fair Exhibitor Booklets again this year!! Please look for the word NEW!! in your booklets.

***NOTE: ALL EXHIBITORS are considered New Exhibitors for 2024 Fair***

Please Note: Showorks does not automatically save exhibitor information. If you exit or logout out of ShoWorks without processing your entries all the way to SAVE TO CART, the system will not recognize you as an exhibitor and your information will not be saved!

ON-SITE CAMPING for Livestock Exhibitors:

Camping is considered a Department, not a fee.

Select your choice in the Department area.

To enter:

Start By Clicking #1-Register (This will take you to #2 Entries)
Choose type "Exhibitor"
You may also register as a Quick Group which allows you to register more than one individual in your cart but check out and pay as one unit. You may use the same password for all exhibitors. (School/Club options are NOT needed. Please do not complete those fields).
Type in "First Name" (this should be the family’s Last name if you are registering as a Quick Group.
Type in "Last Name" (this could be the word “Family” if you are registering as a Quick Group.)
Click on "I am a new exhibitor".
When entering several exhibitor names in Quick Group, take advantage of the new Auto Fill option, located up in the left hand corner of entry area. This will fill in fields from previous entry and can be edited as needed!
Create a password. Remember your password as this will allow you access for future sessions. (NOTE: CCF does not record your password. It will be your responsibility to remember it.)
If you need to log off before completing your entry, SAVE TO CART, even if you have not selected items, you will lose all work and login information.
Sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity so 'Save to Cart" often especially if you plan on leaving the machine for more than 20 minutes.
Entry fees must be paid online with appropriate credit card.
Saved Cart Items will be deleted when a class is full or by 8/19.

Reminder: Please print the Detailed Receipt. This will be your record of all entries/fees you have made and paid.
